We are Zenplanto s.r.o. with registered office at U Pergamenky 1145/12, Holešovice, 170 00 Prague 7, Czech Republic, identification number: 07214987, registered in the Commercial Register maintained by the Municipal Court in Prague, Section C, Insert 296882. We operate a website at www.zenplanto-farms.com.
To provide our services, sell goods and operate our website, we process some personal data.

If you enquire about our products and services, we will work with the contact details you provide us, mainly via the enquiry form. These are: your name, surname, e-mail, telephone number, your requirements regarding our products and services, or any other data that you fill in the enquiry form or provide to us as part of a further arrangement.

Unless we establish further cooperation, we will process your data for a maximum of 5 years. from our last communication.
Unless you are a purchasing customer and have opted us out at the time of purchase, we will use your email address to send out our newsletter.
On what legal basis?
Section 7(3) of Act No. 480/2004 Coll. on certain information society services allows us to do so, unless you have prohibited us from doing so at the time of purchase.
How long will we process personal data?
5 years from your last purchase. You can unsubscribe from the mailing at any time via email or contact us at: info@zenplanto-farms.com.
Your data will remain with us. However, there are some companies or other persons who work for us who get access to the data because they help us run our e-shop. These are:
